How to Report an Error
If you spot a mistake - an out-of-date fee, a wrong deadline, a mislabeled form - tell us. Include the page URL, the specific claim, and the primary government source that shows the correct value. A credentialed contributor confirms the correction against that source, updates the page and our verified fact-store, and adds an entry to the table above.
How Corrections Fit Our Standards
Public correction logging is part of a broader accuracy commitment. Every figure we publish traces to a primary source and is never interpolated, as described in how we verify facts, and every page is written by a named author and checked by an independent reviewer under our editorial policy. When those safeguards miss something, this log is how we make the fix visible.
